DIAMOND PLATNUMZ AND JOSE CHAMELEONE IN ONE SONG?
The “Yatakwisha” hitmaker and entrepreneur from Tanzania, Diamond Platnumz has opened up for a collabo with veteran artist from Uganda, Jose Chameleone.
“SIMBA” was responding to a journalist’s question shortly after landing in Uganda ready for a big concert that he was to perform, led by the Ugandan comedian Alex Muhangi.
Diamond Platnumz’s Uganda tour was based on performing at the long-awaited Comedy Store event on the night of Friday 14th July at the Kololo Airport.
Apart from Chameleone, Diamond also said that he hopes to collabo with Spice Diana, a beautiful lady who is doing well in the new generation of music from Uganda.
He was quoted saying that if all goes as per the plan, they can shoot the video of their song before he returns home
When asked about the male musicians from Uganda, Diamond said that for a long time, he had been hoping to work with Jose Chameleone on a music project.
“Ningependa kufanya ngoma na Jose Chameleone. Ninamheshimu sana Jose Chameleone lakini kwa bahati mbaya hatuna wimbo pamoja, lakini ningependa sana kufanya ngoma na yeye,” the Tanzanian Bongo artiste stated.
East African musical fans have been for along time trying to argue on who is ahead between the two and we strongly believe that their joint project will take us close to the answer.
Through his Instagram page, Chameleone uploaded a short video clip of Diamond praising him and saying that he would also like to do a collabo with him, while also emphasizing his great love and respect for him.
“Wacha tushiriki upendo. Upendo na heshima sawa hapa Baba Tiffah,” Jose Chameleone wrote.
