As the EPL season 2023/2024 kick off date draws closer, Chelsea are not done yet with upgrading their squad as they still want to build their squad more elite with strengthening their defense and midfield.
Harry Maguire and Caicedo are the possible winning candidates to fill those crucial gaps. Remember, Chelsea have already submitted their bid worth £80m plus add-ons for the Brighton’s Ecuador midfielder Moises Caicedo. A bid which is expected to be accepted by Brighton in few days.
Caicedo have already agreed Terms with the blues and emmediately this transfer is sealed, Chelsea will waste no time than ‘rush’ to get the lately stripped off United Captain Harry Maguire who openly made it clear that he’s not happy in United. With Westham also in the race, its more unlikely that Maguire will be heading to the hammers due to the defender’s salary scale and that leaves Chelsea as his lone possible destination.
Manchester United too have already replaced De Gea with new high rated Inter Milan Keeper, Andre Onana but that wont end at that. Rasmus Hojlund is the next new signing with only little financial details and agreement between United and Inter Milan remaining.
The player already agreed personal terms with the devils so definitely the remaining financial protocols between the clubs wont be a head ache.
Arsenal are also strongly linked with Dinamo Zagreb Center mid, Martin Baturina who is 20 years old and already on his prime.
Manchester City’s Riyad Mahrez done deal to Saudi Arabia’s Al Ahli with a contract upto 2027. City will instead replace him with a center Back from Croatia Josko Gvardiol with medicals scheduled before Friday.
