Tottenham star and Man United target Son Heung-Min has been told that he may need to leave the Premier League side.

Son is arguably one of the most destructive attackers in the Premier League and that partnership with Harry Kane over the past few seasons is just why the club have been able to stay challenging for the Champions League places

He had his best season with Tottenham last season and netted an impressive 23-goals to earn him the top-scorer in the English top-flight – but while his rivals were winning trophies – Spurs top accomplishment was getting back into the top four

And at 29-years of age – there has been some rumours in the media surface that he could actually decide to leave Tottenham during the transfer window – with the likes of Man United a club that have been linked with a move

But despite the fact Son has a contract until 2025 and looks very happy – his family members have opened up and sent a clear message about his future – Son Woong-jung told CGTN: “He must work harder and make more progress. If he is satisfied with what he has achieved now, crisis is on the way.

“He must always try to do better to stay in the best form, don’t you think? Instead of being happy to stay where he is, I always want him to be 10 percent better.”

He added: “He [Son] must be able to play a solid role in one of the world’s top clubs. That’s when he will become a world class player.”

He went on to say of Son’s form: “He scored a lot of goals this year, but it doesn’t mean he will do the same next year.

“Only those who stay ready can survive the difficulties. He must face everything with a cautious mind and can’t afford to be too proud.”
