Ken Wycliff Okello Lugwili, a man arrested in possession of deadly weapons and ammunitions in Kilimani area has been set free on bail of Ksh. 300,000 cash today.

This week he was arrested after a cache of weapons: 22 firearms and 565 rounds of ammunition were found in his apartment after police and auctioneers entered his office on Tuesday night.
The Chief Magistrate Diana Mochache at Kahawa Law Courts overlooked a petition set by the prosecution seeking to detain him for 5 days to complete investigations.
Chief magistrate Diana Mochache stated that since there was no proof that the accused would interfere with forensic investigations.

After having rent arrears summering to Ksh 4,962,990, Ken’s landlord went to court and got permission to auction off Ken’s things.
When auctioneers and police that accompanied them went to the house they were surprised to find a room full of deadly weapons,ammunitions and a license.
The DCI said that that license had expired more than 3 years ago.
His case shall be mentioned on 7th July 2022.
